SUITABILITY Our Angelus notecards are meditations for morning, noon and evening, the traditional times for saying the prayer - a prayerful way to share a greeting or message in union with Mary.

PICTURES This card carries three pictorial meditations from Mary Ford – ‘Avalon’, ‘After the Storm’, ‘Venetian Evening’. Mary painted the original picture of Mother Teresa and Princess Diana that became Watermead’s very popular sell-out series of cards and bookmarks.

WORDING The reverse of each notecard has the following introduction to the Angelus prayer and its tradition, with space (see sample picture) for a personal greeting: The Angelus is a prayer that celebrates Mary’s invitation to become the Mother of Jesus. The Angel’s message, her reply and ‘the Word became flesh’ are moments of the prayer.

PRESENTATION Presented with a colour-matching quality 100 gsm envelope (110 mm x 220 mm).
