'Magdalene' - an awakening to faith
Watermead Author (anonymous)
The poem 'Magdalene' reflects new hope and new life – as if written by Mary Magdalene in appreciation of the awakening Jesus had inspired. "She thought he was the gardener. 'Mary' he said and she knew" (John 20:15-16).
The words of this poem can relate to any situation where people are grateful for personal encouragement or a revived inspiration to faith. It could even console at times of bereavement.
The poem is presented on a themed picture paper, illustrated by Watermead artists and laminated.
