The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use: ONLINE PURCHASING Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of prices and availability of the items featured on this Site, this cannot be guaranteed and price and availability information may change without notice. We use PayPal for all our internet transactions and you are advised to read the ‘Legal Agreements for PayPal Services’ pages on their website before submitting an internet pre-payment order to us using the PayPal shopping basket. Delivery of all items ordered from us will be by National or International Carrier or The Post Office and subject to that individual provider’s terms and conditions of service. If you are not satisfied with the delivery of any item or items please contact us in writing by email within 48 hours of its receipt. In the event of the goods being obviously damaged in transit this should be indicated to the Carrier when signing the receipt for the parcel asking them to add a note to their paperwork stating the damage. Additionally, we must be notified with full details of any ‘transit damage’ by Email within 3 days otherwise our insurance cover may prove invalid and we would not be able to accept liability. We will only reimburse the cost of postage on any items returned to us if this is due to a clear error on our part or items are damaged in transit or there is a fault or quality issue with the product, but the return must first be agreed by us in writing in response to an email from you advising us of the damage or fault or error. Any replacement will be made as soon as possible and any refund or reimbursement within 30 days. With the exception of damage in transit, if an item has been especially commissioned and personalised to you or a named person, or to a group/parish/community or to a particular event or date, including supplied pictures or photographs, then replacement or refund will only be agreed if we are proven not to have fulfilled your personal instruction or request for the said item. Please note that Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Channel Isles and the Highlands of Scotland will incur higher carriage charges as will the EEC and the Rest of the World as per their locations. Carriage charges are shown at the checkout and will be confirmed upon receipt of full details of your address and order. If carriage charges are not shown for your location please Email with your requirements and we will advise accordingly.
