- The title "Smiles and Sighs" takes its theme from the selection of verses on these notecard. Some offer humour while others share a prayer or poem to inspire or give comfort, and the reverse of each card is left blank to allow for a personal greting to be written. ‘Song of Life’ is one of our hymns - also titled ‘O Child’. It is a song celebrating the seasons of life as seen through the seasons of the year and is suitable for baptisms and many other occasions. The words are popular and have been used on much of our stationery – Mass Cards, the ‘Mary’ stationery, Laminated A4 Thoughts and various greeting cards. The music appears sung by different people on various recordings -‘Life A Journey Shared’, ‘Vivan los Ninos’, ‘I Call You Friends’ - and also as an instrumental meditation on ‘People of God’.
