- WATERMEAD BACKGROUND STORY Early on in our apostolate we designed a Christmas poster that turned the “X” of the word Xmas into a manger for the baby Jesus. This “Xmas” design was later incorporated into our Christmas label, designed to support the Christian campaign to “Keep Christ in Christmas”. Our label discreetly confirms this message as it is suggested rather than stated by the phrase "CHRISTmas GREETINGS", with the image beneath of the Christ child nestling softly in the manger of "XMAS".
