- The title "Smiles and Sighs" takes its theme from the selection of verses on these notecard. Some offer humour while others share a prayer or poem to inspire or give comfort, and the reverse of each card is left blank to allow for a personal greting to be written. This Evening Prayer was put together by members of the Watermead Apostolate – a reflection on the day’s events, personal and world, a beautiful meditation for night prayer.
